How and where to use the credit balance on Cuto Recharge Card?
The credit balance on our Cuto Recharge Card can be used as cash to redeem for goods and/or services at Cuto Kids Cafe venues within Australia only. No cashback will be provided, but any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. 

When does the credit on Cuto Recharge Card expire? 
The rechargeable credit on the Cuto Recharge Card will expire if there are no transactions for a period of 12 months. However, it will stay active for 12 months following the most recent use. 

Can I redeem the credit on Cuto Recharge Card for cash?
Sorry, you can't.

Can I re-sell the credit on Cuto Recharge Card to others?
Sorry, you can't.

Can I reload the credit on Cuto Recharge Card after using its credit balance?
Yes, you can! We currently offer three reload options:

• Top up $100 and receive a $5 Bonus Credit.
• Top up $200 and receive a $15 Bonus Credit.
• Top up $300 and receive a $35 Bonus Credit.

What if I purchase a good or service which exceeds the available balance of the credit on Cuto Recharge Card that I have?
If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
