Gift Card Guidelines
- Party Bookings Allowed: Unlike Cuto Recharge Cards or Cuto Rewards Points, valid Cuto Gift Cards can be fully used to pay for birthday party bookings (including initial deposits and outstanding balances) or to top up a Cuto Recharge Card inside your Cuto Wallet.
- Card Validity: Gift Cards remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue. After this timeline has passed, any remaining unused balance will be automatically forfeited.
- Usage Restrictions: Cuto Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, strictly cannot be resold, and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
