How much is the entry price?

The entry tickets can be purchased upon your arrival at the front counter. Unfortunately, online ticket purchase features are not available at the moment.

Are parents and carers free?
Sorry, all adults will need to buy the entry tickets, but you are provided with a $5.5 drink voucher which can be used for any drinks purchase in the venue.

Can we bring outside food and drinks?
No, we do not allow any outside food and drinks except baby food and children water bottles.

Are we required to supervise our kids while playing?
All children are required to be supervised by an adult who is over 18 years old. Please do not leave your kids unattended in the café at any time.

Can we leave our kids inside of the cafe, and we go out for shopping?

Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free, high-speed Wi-Fi available in all our venues. Please check the signs on the venue or ask our team crews for more details.

Do you have air conditioning systems?
Yes, all our venues have air-conditioning system to keep you cool in summer and keep you cosy in winter.

What should we not allow kids to do in the Cuto Kids Cafe?
Do not allow kids to bring ride cars into the ballpit, and do not let them slide down from the slides. It is too dangerous!
No running or rough play is permitted in the café. Unruly, offensive, rude and bullying language and behaviors are not tolerated.

What we can't do in Cuto Kids Cafe
As a kids cafe, it is inevitably that some kids may have conflicts with other kids while playing. As parents, please be more patient with other kids and even other parents. Respect each other and use the correct way to help those little minis solve their small conflicts. We really appreciate if you can help minimize the conflicts and solve the problems instead of making the issue worse.
