How to purchase and access your Gift Card?
Log in with your email address
Always log in with your email before purchasing a Gift Card. This ensures you'll receive an email confirmation with all the Gift Card details.
Access your Gift Card
After purchase, open the confirmation email and click "View More" to see the virtual Gift Card. You can save, print, or share it directly from there.
If You didn’t use your email to log in
- If you haven’t checked out yet, please log out and re-log in using your email address. This ensures you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Gift Card details after checkout.
- If you’ve already checked out using your mobile number, you can still find your Gift Card details under "Gift Cards" or "My Orders" in your Personal Center. From there, you can screenshot or share the Gift Card code as needed.
How and where to use the Gift Cards?
The credit balance on our Gift Cards can be used as cash to redeem for goods and/or services at Cuto Kids Cafe venues within Australia only. No cashback will be provided, but any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
What is the expiration date of the Gift Cards?
The Gift Cards will expire in 3 years after the issue date, at which time any unused balance will be forfeited.
Can I redeem the Gift Cards for cash?
Sorry, you can't.
Can I re-sell the Gift Card to others?
Sorry, you can't.
Can I reload the Gift Card after using its credit balance?
Sorry, you can't reload the Gift Card. However, you can register as a member with us and load your credit into your membership. You can then use the credit balance just like the Gift Cards.
What if I purchase a good or service which exceeds the available balance of the Gift Cards that I have?
If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
