These cards are stored securely in your Cuto Wallet, a digital space inside your account where you can view balances, track points, and manage rewards anytime.
You’ll also receive these cards automatically when you make a purchase while logged into your account. No physical cards needed — everything is digital and ready to use!

(Note: Credit loaded onto a Cuto Recharge Card is excluded for all party bookings — including initial deposits and outstanding balances — as well as purchasing Cuto Gift Cards).

Card Guidelines
- Eligible Purchases: Valid for general play session entry tickets, everyday café food and drinks, and online ordering across all Cuto Kids Cafe locations in Australia.
- Usage Exclusions: Strictly cannot be used to pay for party bookings (including initial deposits or outstanding balances), purchasing Cuto Gift Cards, or topping up a Cuto Recharge Card.
- Account Sync: Entirely digital, non-transferable, and automatically linked to your personal profile. Simply provide your mobile number at the counter for seamless lookup and instant redemption.

How It Works
- Earn Points: Receive 1 point for every $1 spent in-store or online. Points accumulate automatically when logged into your account or by providing your mobile number at the counter for seamless profile tracking.
- Redeem Points: Every 30 points = $1 credit to spend on purchases online or in-store. Points can be redeemed in blocks of 30 points at a time (e.g., 30, 60, 90...).
Rewards Guidelines
- Usage Exclusions: Points strictly cannot be used to pay for party bookings (including initial deposits or outstanding balances), purchasing Cuto Gift Cards, or topping up a Cuto Recharge Card.
- No Double-Dipping: To prevent duplicate reward points, any amount paid using a Cuto Recharge Card, Cuto Gift Cards, or existing Cuto Rewards Points will not earn new points.
- Point Expiry: Cuto Rewards Points currently have no expiry date, allowing you to collect, track, and save them within your digital Cuto Wallet at your own pace.
