Gift Card and Cuto Recharge Card Policy

GIFT CARD AND CUTO RECHARGE CARD POLICY 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase and use of Gift Cards and Cuto Recharge Cards at Cuto Group Pty Ltd (ACN 658 251 668) (our, we or us) and our franchises.

 

GIFT CARDS

  1. Purchase and Activation
    1. Gift Cards can be purchased through our website.
    2. Gift cards are activated upon purchase and are valid for use immediately.
    3. The minimum amount that can be loaded onto any gift card is $20.00 and the maximum amount is $50.00.
  2. Usage
    1. Gift cards can be used to pay for entry to the play centre and cafe purchases.
    2. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
    3. The gift card balance can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
  3. Expiry and Fees
    1. Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
    2. No fees apply to the purchase or use of gift cards.
    3. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
    4. No post-purchase fees will be charged that reduce the value of the gift card, including activation fees, account keeping fees, balance enquiry fees, or fees for not using the card.
  4. Terms or Conditions
    1. All terms and conditions are clearly stated on the gift card, including:
      1. the expiry date (or expiry period);
      2. the name of the gift card issuer (us); and
      3. any terms and conditions that apply to the use of the gift card.
  5. Lost or Stolen Cards
    1. Lost or stolen gift cards should be reported to us immediately.
    2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
    3. Replacement gift cards may be issued at the discretion of management, subject to proof of purchase.
  6. Refunds of Cancellations
    1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless:
      1. the card cannot be used (i.e. our business has closed); or
      2.  the gift card's terms and conditions specifically allow for a cash out.

 

CUTO RECHARGE CARDS

  1. Purchase and Activation
    1. Cuto Recharge Cards can be purchased at any Cuto Kids Cafe or through our website.
    2. Cuto Recharge Cards are activated upon purchase..
  2. Usage
    1. Cuto Recharge Cards must be presented upon entry to any Cuto Kids Cafe.
    2. Cuto Recharge Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the named member(s).
    3. Cuto Recharge Cards benefits may include:
      1. Unlimited entry to the play centre during operating hours;
      2. Discounts on café purchases;
      3. Priority booking for special events.
  3. Top Up Amounts
    1. Cuto Recharge Cards can be recharged as follows:
      1. $100 (incl. GST), receive $5.00 bonus credit;
      2. $200 (incl. GST), receive $15.00 bonus credit;
      3. $300 (incl. GST), receive $35.00 bonus credit.
  4. Expiry and renewal
    1. Cuto Recharge Cards will expire if there are no transactions for a period of twelve (12) months.
    2. Cuto Recharge Card holders will be notified via email before their Cuto Recharge cards expire;
  5. Lost or Stolen Cards
    1. Lost or stolen Cuto Recharge Cardss should be reported to us immediately;
    2. Replacement Cuto Recharge Cardswill be issued for a fee of $10.00.
  6. Refunds of Cancellations
    1. Cuto Recharge Card cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
    2. Refunds for unused portions of Cuto Recharge Cardsare at the discretion of management and may be subject to an administration fee.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE POLICY

  1. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
  2. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website and notices in Cuto Kids Cafes.

 

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAWS

  1. The gift cards and Cuto Recharge Cards sold by us come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  2. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
  3. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  4. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
