- Before Purchasing a Gift Card, please remember to log in with your email address before purchasing a Gift Card. After your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation with details. Click "View More" in the email to find the virtual image of your gift card, which you can save, print, or forward.
- If you forgot to log in with your email, you can log out from your account center and re-login with your email. Without your email, you won't receive the order confirmation. If that happens, you can find your Gift Card details under "Gift Cards" or "My Orders" in the Personal Center on our website. You can screenshot the virtual Gift Card or share the code with family and friends. We're working to improve this feature for a better experience.
