Simply purchase a card online or directly within the MyCuto App, send it instantly to someone special, and enjoy easy redemption both in-store and online in accordance with our Cuto Gift Card Policy.

Eligible Purchases: Play sessions, everyday café treats, online orders, birthday party bookings (including initial deposits and outstanding balances), or topping up a Cuto Recharge Card inside the Cuto Wallet.

Leftover Balance: If a transaction does not cover the full face value, any remaining balance stays securely on the card for future use. Note that change or cashback is not available.

Validity & Restrictions: Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, after which any unused balance will be forfeited. Cards are non-reloadable, strictly cannot be resold, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
